Refund and Return Policy

At Desk & Trail, every product is crafted with care.

However, if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.


 

Returns

 

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or delivered  unless it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


For non-food products (journals, merch, stationery), returns may be accepted if:

 

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • It is reported within 48 hours of delivery

 


 

Replacements

 


We will replace items if:

 

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged during transit
  • Packaging severely compromised
  • Quality concerns verified by our support team

 

Proof required:

Please share photos/videos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.


 

Refunds

 

Approved refunds are processed:

 

  • To the original payment method
  • Within 5–7 working days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.


 

Non-returnable items

 

 

  • Opened food products
  • Items purchased during special discounts
  • Free gifts or promotional items
